1. Joining Spirit Trader as member is FREE. In joining you agree to the Terms & Conditions of Use and accept our Privacy Policy as published on the site.

2. As a member you may browse the site in all public and member’s areas. You can place bids on items, buy items & services, give feedback and also contact other members and members with stores on the site.

3. The FREE membership does NOT enable you to sell products or services on the site. To do so you need to Register as a SELLER and complete the registration form that appears.

4. To register to SELL you will be agreeing our Terms & Conditions of Use and entering into a simple, cost-effective contract for the service with a minimum period of twelve (12) months. You can renew/upgrade the service contract for further terms when the current period is reaching its end.

5. After completing your application to SELL either as an individual or as a business, you will be required to provide payment. Information on your preferred payment method is captured on the secure payment processing page of the site that will appear. You can pay with a PayPal account or by Credit/Debit Card, via PayPal.

6. If you are taking advantage of the FREE first month Special Offer you MUST provide the payment billing information asked for. This information will be used by the secure payment processing system to check the data and ensure the payment method is valid. The initial FREE month is activated by charging and then refunding the payment so that the validity of your chosen method is verified and recorded.

7. Payment for service:

• The minimum 12 month contract for a store on the site is £228.00 (12x19).

• You may pay by monthly instalments of £19.00 per month by PayPal or recurring Debit/Credit Card billing.

• If paying by instalments you will be given a refund on the first month giving you a FREE month and leaving 11 months charged at £19.00 per month thereafter.

• If you wish to take our special “Early Bird” offer you can pay the full 12 month contract in one payment and save 30%. Under this option you will be billed for £159.60 being equivalent to 12 months at £13.30 per month.

8. Spirit Trader is continually looking at ways to enhance the site and services. The company may vary or discount the payment plans, provide loyalty rewards, offer new plans and offer add-on paid elements to the service. In any such occurrence all registered members will receive full information by e-mail or by messaging on the site.
