Product Uploader

We have added a bulk product uploader to make it easier to list multiple items. This piece of software will enable you to do the following:

add multiple items to the site at once
import items in spreadsheet format
import items from the ebay turbolister program

All this can be done without having to visit the site. Once you have all your products ready, you simply submit them all at once. Saves time and energy!

The first step is to download the software. You can download it by clicking here. The download is in .zip format so you will need a meand of 'unzipping' it. If you do not have any suitable software for this, you can download a copy of WinRAR, by clicking here.

Once you have upzipped your software, you will need to run the 'SpiritTrader.exe' file. This will open the software.

There is a help section with the software which you should read to make the most of the software. However, below is a quick 'get started' guide.

Step 1. You will need to add your login details so that you can log in to the system. After adding your username and password, you will need to add your password again for verification purposes. Then click 'apply'. This will save your details.

Then you will need to click 'Check Login' to make sure you can access the system. Next, click 'Update'. This will make sure that you have the most recent version of the software.

Step 2. The first screen will be a 'browser' of the main Spirit Trader site. To begin adding products, click on the Bulklists Button. This will take you to the 'add products' screen. Now, click the 'Add' button. You will be promted to name your 'session'. Type a name or date into this box.

Step 3. You will now be take to the Product details screen. This is the screen where you complete the details for your product to be uploaded. Please make sure you complete everything carefully. Make sure that you choose the correct currency and select your payment methods.

Step 4. When you are happy that the details are correct, click 'add to my bulklist'. This will return you to the bulk list screen, where you can add as many products as you like.

Step 5. When you are finished adding your products, select 'Submit' to add selected products or 'submit all' to add all your products to the site. You will prompted to continue, and you will see a progress bar. When your products have been uploaded, you will be informed how many have been added.

Step 6. You can retrun the the browser page, log in to the site and check and amend your listings.

Please note that you can also download products that you already have on the site into the system for editing. You can also duplicate them and add them back on.

You can also import lots of products via a spreadsheet. An example spreadsheet is included in the 'zip' file so that you can correctly format it.

For ebay users:

If you already use the ebay 'TurboLister' tool, you can quickly and easily add your products to the software. Simplly export your product list from the TurboLister software in csv format. Then, select 'Import' and 'Ebay TurboLister csv listing'.

Follow the prompts to import your ebay listings then submit to the site as previously explained.
